1. Request and quote
Submitting a catering request does not reserve the event and does not create a charge. Lamp Cuisine reviews the requested date, guest count, menu, fulfillment, and notes and may ask for more information. A booking exists only after Lamp Cuisine sends a written quote, the customer accepts it, and the required payment completes.
2. Availability and lead time
The request form shows the current minimum notice, advance-booking window, guest range, and delivery availability. Lamp Cuisine may refuse a request it cannot safely or reasonably fulfill.
3. Quote contents and validity
The quote lists the menu lines, quantities, fees, tax, total, event details, and expiration. Review every line before accepting. An expired, replaced, or voided quote cannot be paid. Changes require Lamp Cuisine to issue an updated quote.
4. Payment
The full quoted total is charged when the customer accepts and pays the quote. Stripe controls the sensitive payment fields. Lamp Cuisine does not receive card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.
5. Customer changes
Changes to the date, time, guest count, menu, address, delivery, setup, or notes are requests until Lamp Cuisine confirms them in writing. A change may affect availability, fees, tax, total, or preparation time and may require a new quote.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Before payment, the customer may decline the quote without charge. After payment, there is no automatic cancellation right or guaranteed refund. Call (404) 549-7005 immediately. Lamp Cuisine reviews preparation already completed, ingredients committed, staffing, provider charges, event timing, and the reason for cancellation before approving any full or partial refund. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method.
Lamp Cuisine may cancel when it cannot safely or lawfully fulfill the event. The restaurant will state the resulting refund or alternative arrangement.
7. Pickup and delivery
Pickup occurs at the location and time shown on the accepted quote. Catering delivery, setup, equipment, service, or retrieval is included only when written as a quote line or fulfillment note. The customer must provide accurate access, parking, contact, and event-location information.
8. Food safety and allergens
The customer is responsible for communicating dietary requests and for safe storage and service after handoff. Lamp Cuisine handles common allergens, including peanuts, and cannot guarantee that cross-contact will never occur. Customers with severe allergies should call before accepting a quote.
9. Access link and communications
The catering status link is a credential. Anyone who holds it may be able to view the request, quote, messages, and payment state. Keep it private and contact Lamp Cuisine if it may have been shared improperly.
10. Contact
