Ordering terms

Rules for placing, paying for, and fulfilling an order.

These terms govern direct orders placed with Lamp Cuisine through this website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Restaurant and contact

Lamp Cuisine is located at 4855 Old National Hwy Ste D, College Park, GA 30337. The restaurant can be reached at (404) 549-7005.

2. Guest and account ordering

Guest checkout remains available. Optional customer accounts use email-code authentication and may provide recent order history and safe reorder. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact, fulfillment, and event information you submit and for protecting any order, catering, or account access link.

3. Menu, availability, and pricing

The published menu, prices, taxes, options, and availability shown during checkout are the values used for the order. A cart is not a reservation. The application revalidates the menu and total before payment. If something changes, you must review and accept the updated order before continuing.

4. Payment and restaurant acceptance

The full total is captured when the order is placed. Stripe controls the sensitive payment fields embedded on the checkout page; Lamp Cuisine does not receive card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.

Payment does not mean the kitchen has accepted the order. Lamp Cuisine reviews each paid order and may accept or refuse it because of availability, capacity, delivery eligibility, safety, suspected abuse, or another operational reason. A refused paid order is submitted for a full refund.

5. Pickup and scheduling

Pickup times are estimates until the restaurant confirms the order. Arrive at the location shown in the order details and use the confirmation or status link for the latest state. Scheduled times are subject to the bookable slots shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available only to an address the application can validate within the configured road-distance area. The delivery fee, address, instructions, and handoff preference are shown before payment. The separate Delivery Policy also applies.

7. Cancellations and changes

There is no automatic customer cancellation button. Call (404) 549-7005 as soon as possible. Lamp Cuisine may be unable to cancel or change an order after it is accepted or preparation begins. Any approved refund is recorded and returned to the original payment method.

8. Food safety and allergens

Menu descriptions are informational. Food is prepared in a working restaurant that handles common allergens, including peanuts and other ingredients. Notes are requests, not guarantees against cross-contact. Customers with a severe allergy should call the restaurant before ordering.

9. Proper use

Do not interfere with the ordering service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false payment or identity information, abuse credentials, or use the service in a way that violates law or harms Lamp Cuisine, its staff, drivers, or customers.

10. Service availability and liability

Online ordering may be paused, unavailable, or limited. Lamp Cuisine is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect customer information, provider outages, unsafe conditions, or events outside reasonable control. This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another lawful process.

12. Contact and changes

The current terms and effective date are posted on this page. Call (404) 549-7005 or write to 4855 Old National Hwy Ste D, College Park, GA 30337 with a question about an order or these terms.
